Wildlife Trust open evening. As part of the 2007 Yorkshire Wildlife Trust Living Churchyard Project, the church will host an open churchyard event. This will include a presentation giving the background to the establishment of our wildlife area and our entry in the 2003 Yorkshire Living Churchyard Project Awards – Newcomer Category, where we were awarded joint winners. We will outline our future plans and a guided walk around the churchyard will follow. There will also be information available regarding the heritage of our church together with light refreshments. |
